About this visa

A Schengen visa allows short stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period across the Schengen countries. The application goes to the consulate of your main destination, or of your first point of entry where the trip is evenly split.

This is the most documentation-heavy visa we handle. Financial evidence, employment status, travel history and the coherence of the itinerary all matter. We would rather tell you that an application is weak before you pay embassy fees than submit something that is likely to be refused.

Requirements

  • Passport valid for three months beyond the intended departure, issued within the last ten years
  • Completed application form and booked appointment
  • Two biometric photographs meeting Schengen specification
  • Six months of bank statements and, where applicable, tax returns
  • Employment letter with salary and approved leave
  • Confirmed flight reservations and hotel bookings for the whole trip
  • Travel insurance with minimum €30,000 medical cover valid across the Schengen area
  • A day-by-day itinerary consistent with the bookings

Documents to send us

  • Original passport and copies of all previous visas
  • Two biometric photographs, 35 × 45 mm
  • CNIC copy
  • Six months of stamped bank statements
  • Employment or business documentation
  • Flight and hotel reservations
  • Travel insurance certificate
  • Cover letter and itinerary

Important information

An important point we make to every client: no travel agency can guarantee a visa. The decision belongs entirely to the embassy or consulate concerned. What we do is make sure your application is complete, correctly documented and submitted on time, which is the part that is actually within anyone's control.

Our fee covers document preparation, form completion, appointment booking and submission support. Embassy fees, biometrics charges and any courier costs are separate and are paid at the prevailing rate.

Requirements change without much notice. The list on this page is reviewed regularly, but we always reconfirm the current checklist with you before you start gathering documents.

Refusal rates for Schengen applications from Pakistan are meaningful. An honest assessment at the outset — including advice to postpone if the profile is not yet strong — will save you more than any amount of paperwork help afterwards.
