Privacy Policy

How Amna Tours collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated 12 Oct 2026

This policy explains what personal information Amna Tours collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever travel information you choose to share — destination, dates, number of travellers and any requirements you tell us about.

If you book with us, we additionally collect the information needed to make that booking, which for international travel usually includes passport details and, for visa applications, supporting documents such as bank statements and employment letters.

Our servers record standard technical information with each request, including a shortened, hashed version of your IP address used to prevent automated abuse of our forms.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
  • To make and administer bookings with airlines, hotels, transport providers and insurers.
  • To submit visa applications on your behalf where you have asked us to.
  • To send you information you have asked for, such as our newsletter.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the suppliers required to deliver your booking — airlines, hotels, ground transport operators, insurers and, for visa applications, the relevant embassy, consulate or visa application centre. We share only what is necessary for that purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Booking and financial records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

Access to customer information is limited to staff who need it. Passwords for our systems are stored only as cryptographic hashes and are never readable, including by us. Documents supplied for visa applications are handled confidentially and returned or destroyed once the application concludes.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us at any time to stop sending marketing messages.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function. Where analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful; you can block these through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
