Payment Information

How to pay for your booking, and how to verify our bank details safely.

Last updated 12 Oct 2026

This page explains how payment works for bookings with Amna Tours, and — just as importantly — how to make sure you are paying us and not someone impersonating us.

How payment works

A deposit confirms your booking and secures the arrangements we make on your behalf. The balance is due before departure, by the date stated on your invoice. You will always receive a written invoice showing the amount, the due date and what it covers.

Accepted methods

Bank transfer is our standard method. Full account details are issued on your invoice once a booking is confirmed. Payment in cash at our office is possible; a receipt is issued at the time.

Verify before you transfer

Travel payment fraud is common and follows a consistent pattern: a message that appears to come from your agency, giving new bank details and asking you to hurry.

  • Always telephone our office on the number published on this website and confirm account details verbally before sending any payment.
  • Our bank details do not change between one invoice and the next. Treat any message claiming they have as fraudulent until you have confirmed by phone.
  • We will never ask you to send money to a personal account, or ask for your card PIN, one-time passcode or online banking password.
  • Keep your receipt and send us the transfer confirmation so we can match it to your booking promptly.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under our terms, it is paid to the account the original payment came from. Refunds involving airline tickets or hotel deposits depend on the supplier’s own processing times, which can take several weeks; we will tell you what to expect.

Questions

If anything about a payment request looks unusual, stop and call us. We would far rather answer a question than help you recover money afterwards.
